Conceived as a campus or ‘mini city’, built to optimize conditions for scientific and technological innovation and education, the scheme for SciTech Scity will feature all of the amenities of a typical city – a place to learn, work, live and play – while also establishing a culture and community based on collaboration, discovery and a shared desire to invent a better future.

Our designs include a diverse sequence of enjoyable new spaces (some temporary, others permanent; some flexible, others exploratory) that enable campus users and the surrounding community to meet, relax, interact, and share their knowledge amongst nature. From market place squares, to physic gardens, the result will be exciting and welcoming, championing the site in imaginative ways. We hope the success of the project will create a ripple effect that will prompt imaginative responses in the Liberty State Park, the Communipaw and Jersey City neighbourhoods, placing SciTech Scity at the heart of a start-up science cluster that communicates with the rest of the world.
